1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reposta ("the Service"), operated by Reposta AI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reposta is an AI-powered content repurposing tool. You provide source content (such as blog posts, newsletters, or articles), and Reposta generates platform-specific versions for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and email. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier and paid plans.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Your Content
You retain all rights to the content you paste into Reposta. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating repurposed outputs. We do not claim ownership of your input content or the generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit.
5. AI-Generated Content
Reposta uses AI models to generate content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing it. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the publication of AI-generated content.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
7. Usage Limits
Each plan has a monthly limit on the number of repurposes. Usage counts reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused repurposes do not carry over to the next period. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits to protect the Service.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service to: generate spam or misleading content; violate any applicable laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; resell access to the Service; or use automated tools to abuse the API.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@reposta-ai.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
